Terms of service
No legalese maze — these are the plain terms that cover buying from the shop, custom requests, and receiving your order. If anything's unclear, just ask.
Who we are
TLF (theselookfresh), trading as “sourced”, is an Australian business. These terms cover everything you buy from our shop and every custom request you send us — by using the site you agree to them.
What we sell
The tlf. collection is our own line — apparel and everyday goods we design, each piece custom made to order. Everything in the shop is priced and ready to buy now. Separately, you can ask us to track down something we don’t carry; that custom-sourcing path works a little differently and is covered below.
Buying from the shop
Add what you want to your bag and check out. You pay the listed price there and then, and your order is confirmed once payment goes through — that’s when your contract with us is formed. Every piece is custom made to order: allow 2–3 weeks before dispatch, as stated at checkout.
Custom sourcing requests
Ask us to source something we don’t stock and it’s quote-based: you tell us what you’re after, we track it down and send a price with real photos of the actual item, usually within 48 hours. There’s no payment when you send a request — an order is placed only when you accept a quote by paying the secure checkout link we send. If we can’t source it, or it doesn’t meet our quality bar, we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include tracked shipping Australia-wide, or free Sydney pickup — the price you see is the price you pay. Payments are processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details.
Cancellations & returns
Changed your mind on a shop order? You have 30 days — how returns and exchanges work, and how to start one, is set out on our shipping & returns page. Custom-sourced items are tracked down specifically for you, so change-of-mind returns on those may not always be possible. Either way, every order is covered by our perfect-condition guarantee, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Quality & authenticity
Our own line is made to our spec and covered by the perfect-condition promise. For custom-sourced items we track down the real thing, authenticate it and photograph it before you pay, so what you see is what ships. The full promise is on our guarantee page.
Shipping
We ship Australia-wide, tracked, with shipping included in the price you pay — or choose free Sydney pickup at checkout. You'll get tracking, or a pickup-ready notice, by email and text the moment your order's sorted — the details are on shipping & returns.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that can't be excluded — including the consumer guarantees.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — the version published on this page applies, and the date below tells you when it last changed. Changes never apply retrospectively to an order you've already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Australian courts.
