Shipping & returns
Every order is covered by our promise: if it doesn't arrive in perfect condition, we refund you in full within 30 days — no questions asked.
Custom made
Every piece in the tlf. line is custom made rather than pulled off a shelf — please allow 2–3 weeks before dispatch. You'll get tracking the moment it ships, and if anything changes we'll tell you straight away.
Shipping
Shipping is included — the price you see is the price you pay, sent Australia-wide and tracked at no extra cost. You'll get tracking by email and text the moment your order is on its way.
Free Sydney pickup
Local? Choose pickup at checkout and skip the postage. We'll email you the moment your order is made and ready to collect, with where and when.
Size exchanges & change of mind
Wrong size, or it's just not for you? Return or exchange any unworn item — tags on, in its original condition — within 30 days of delivery. For exchanges we'll get the new size out to you as soon as your return is on its way back.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method via Square, usually within a few business days. Faulty items are covered in full, including return postage; for change-of-mind returns, the return postage is on you.
Perfect condition, or a full refund
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, that's on us: email us and we'll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days — no questions asked, no hoops.
Start a return or exchange
Email quotes@sourcedbytlf.site within 30 days of delivery with your order reference (it starts with TLF-) and the size you'd like instead, if you're exchanging. We'll send you the return details and sort your refund or swap from there.
